Pilates
Rebuild. Realign. Reconnect.

Pilates is a powerful and purposeful method used in both Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology to improve movement, posture, and overall function. Originally developed by Joseph Pilates in the 20th century, this practice targets deep core muscles that are essential for spinal support and postural control.

Our Mat-Based Pilates sessions focus on:

“After 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference. After 20, you’ll see the difference. And after 30, you’ll have a whole new body.” — Joseph Pilates
