Pilates is an essential component of Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology. Pilates was developed last century by Joseph Pilates. The exercise regime concentrates particularly on the deep core muscles that are responsible for maintaining correct posture and supporting the spine. Learn to re-set your body and teach it how to move properly. 

Our Mat based Pilates classes focus on posture, alignment, core stability, control and flexibility.

Soon we will offer Matwork Pilates at both our studios as a private one-on-one session or in group sessions of 2 - 4 participants. 

Booking is required - All you need to bring is a drink bottle and a towel.
