Body Maintenance Centre offers one-on-one Personal Training, where the focus is just on YOU! 

Your Personal Trainer will design your own individualised exercise program- taking into account your specific goals, time-frame, exercise preferences, current condition, health requirements, lifestyle and body composition. Your exercise program will be tailored to you and the result you want, and split into short term achievable goals. 

Our Personal Training programs can be targeted towards:
